Order not arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, here's what to do:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact carrier for delivery status
  3. If genuinely lost, contact us

Damaged item received

Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos:

  1. Take photos of damage
  2. Email info.extolinternational@gmail.com with photos
  3. We'll send replacement immediately

Payment failed
