You have statutory consumer rights under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). These Terms do not exclude, limit, or restrict these rights. All goods supplied are sold with statutory guarantees of quality and fitness for purpose.

3.2 Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or prices are completely accurate or error-free. If you receive incorrect items or products that do not match the description, please contact us within 7 days for a refund or replacement.

3.3 Faulty Products

If you receive faulty or damaged products, please report this within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and remote areas may incur additional charges. Check availability at checkout.

We aim to deliver within the stated time window. Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if delays are expected.

5.3 Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free on orders over £35. Orders under £35 incur a delivery charge of £3.99. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
