Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returnable Products:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Unused condition
  • With original receipt/order confirmation
  • Non-perishable items only

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/Consumed Products: Any perishable item that has been opened or partially consumed
  • Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to mishandling (showing signs of wear)
  • Hazardous Goods: Certain items cannot be returned for safety/regulatory reasons
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Final sale items marked as non-returnable

  • For food items, do not consume if damage suspected
  • Keep original packaging and documentation

What if my return gets lost in post?

Use tracked delivery. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for proof of delivery.
